Seasonal cocktails inspired by the vine and homemade food starring the vine leaf
A special tasteful event inspired by the vine and vine leaves is preparing to take place on Friday, June 6, inviting the public to enjoy a different experience with creative cocktails, homemade food and relaxed atmosphere.
With the slogan "The vine leaves came out. We have them yorkin and we put them everywhere", the organizers present a specially shaped menu where the vine leaf has a leading role in both drinks and food.
Guests will have the opportunity to try three original seasonal cocktails (€8 each), inspired by the Cypriot vine and local raw materials. Among them the "Climarka", a refreshing highball with biennial, gin with vine leaf extraction, honey and soda, the "Fix Tannine", an aromatic aperitif with Caras, ouzo and grape leaf tea, as well as the "Nerangi", a sour cocktail with Black, Zivania, citromile and spinach.
At the same time, the “Stifado Ampelourgou” (€12) will be served, a filling dish with lamb, onion and vine leaves, accompanied by a village salad. There will also be vegan version on preorder, with chickpeas.
The event will last from 11:00 in the morning until 23:00 in the evening, allowing guests to spend any time of the day eating, drinking and good company.
Passersby are always welcome, but organizers recommend early reservation.
